The company is a leading entity in the industrial / manufacturing industry with a workforce exceeding 200 employees. Their main operations are based in Walsall, but they have a global reach with a variety of projects and clients.

Job Description

  • Manage and deliver a range of manufacturing projects from start to finish.
  • Work in close association with the Engineering & Manufacturing team.
  • Coordinate with various departments to ensure project completion within set timelines.
  • Conduct risk assessments and mitigation plans for all projects.
  • Prepare and present project updates to stakeholders.
  • Ensure projects adhere to industry standards and company policies.
  • Provide technical guidance to junior team members.
  • Continuously improve project management processes and techniques.

The Successful Applicant

A successful Project Engineer should have:

  • A degree in Engineering or a related field.
  • Experience in managing manufacturing projects.
  • Electrical projects ideal i.e wiring loom, switchgears
  • Strong technical skills in industrial / manufacturing processes.
  • Excellent leadership and teamwork abilities.
  • Strong communication skills to liaise with different stakeholders.
  • Problem-solving skills to overcome project challenges.

What's on Offer

£40,000 per year. 8:00am -17:15pm Monday - Thursday
