About Our Client

The client is a Property Maintenance company based in London.The client has 28 sites within London and the M25. This particular position is based on The Strand.

Job Description

The key responsibilities:

  • PPMs
  • Reactive maintenance
  • Electrical building services maintenance
  • Fault finding
  • Testing and inspection
  • Remedial works
  • Minor installations
  • Emergency lighting
  • Fire alarm tests

The Successful Applicant

The successful candidate:

  • C&G/NVQ Level 2 and 3 Electrical Installation
  • 18th edition certificate
  • Must be prepared to work out of hours when required
  • Have good communication and organisation skills
  • Have a positive 'can do' attitude
  • Ability to work on own or as part of a team
  • Participate in a call out rota
