Job Description

  • Performing routine and preventative maintenance on electrical systems.
  • Diagnosing and repairing electrical issues in a timely manner.
  • Ensuring all machinery and equipment meet safety regulations.
  • Assisting in the installation of new electrical systems.
  • Documenting actions, testing results, observations, final diagnosis and steps taken to resolve issues.
  • Collaborating with the wider Engineering & Manufacturing team to optimise manufacturing processes.
  • Contributing to continuous improvement initiatives within the department.
  • Providing technical support and training to other team members as required.

The Successful Applicant

A successful Electrical Maintenance Engineer should have:

  • Electrical qualification
  • Strong practical experience in electrical maintenance within an industrial/manufacturing environment.
  • Proficiency in using electrical diagnostic equipment and tools.
  • Knowledge of local and national electrical codes.
  • Good communication skills and a team-oriented mindset.
