Job Description

  • Develop and implement the ecommerce strategy to drive online sales and brand visibility.
  • Analyse performance metrics and optimise campaigns to maximise ROI.
  • Work closely with the marketing and agency teams to create engaging content for the company website and social media platforms.
  • Manage online product catalogues and ensure all content is up to date and SEO optimised.
  • Coordinate with cross-functional teams to ensure smooth operation of online sales channels.
  • Stay abreast of latest ecommerce trends and apply best practices.
  • Monitor competitors' activities and propose necessary actions.
  • Provide reports on sales performance and insights to senior management.

The Successful Applicant

A successful Ecommerce Executive should have:
