Job Description

  • Develop and implement e-commerce strategies to drive online sales
  • Enhance online customer engagement through innovative marketing campaigns
  • Monitor and analyse online sales and customer behaviour to identify trends and opportunities
  • Update website content via the CMS
  • Engage in SEO implementation
  • Work with internal and external stakeholders to improve e-commerce operations
  • Produce regular reports analysing e-commerce KPIs
  • Keep up-to-date with the latest e-commerce trends and technologies and propose new ideas for growth

The Successful Applicant

A successful E-commerce Executive should have:

  • A degree in Marketing, E-Commerce or a related field.
  • Experience in e-commerce, preferably within the FMCG industry
  • Proven track record engaging in social media marketing, email marketing, SEO and SEM
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • A proactive, creative approach to problem-solving
  • Good understanding of customer behaviour and e-commerce trends
