Job Description

Key Responsibilities:

  • E-commerce Strategy Implementation: Assist in developing and executing digital marketing strategies to drive sales and brand awareness on e-commerce platforms (website, marketplaces, social media, etc.).
  • Content Creation & Management: Collaborate with the creative team to develop engaging content for product listings, email campaigns, blogs, and social media that resonates with our target audience.
  • Campaign Management: Plan, execute, and monitor paid campaigns across Google Ads, Facebook, Instagram, and other digital platforms. Analyse performance and optimise accordingly.
  • SEO & SEM: Implement SEO strategies to improve organic search rankings and oversee SEM campaigns to ensure maximum ROI on ad spend.
  • Data Analysis: Track and analyse key performance metrics (KPIs) to measure the effectiveness of marketing efforts and identify areas for improvement. Report regularly on campaign performance and provide insights for optimisation.
  • Customer Experience Optimisation: Work with the customer service team to ensure a seamless online shopping experience, optimising the user journey, and maintaining high levels of customer satisfaction.
  • Market Research: Stay updated on industry trends, competitors, and emerging e-commerce tools to help shape our digital strategy.
  • Collaboration: Work closely with the merchandising, product, and logistics teams to ensure alignment between marketing campaigns and product availability.



The Successful Applicant

  • A degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field.
  • A strong understanding of e-commerce and retail industries.
  • Experience in SEO and digital marketing strategies.
  • Excellent communication and customer service skills.
  • Proficiency in web design and content management systems.
