  • Develop and implement digital marketing strategies to drive profitable revenue growth, focusing on fundraising.
  • Lead and mentor the digital marketing team, ensuring alignment with organizational objectives.
  • Enhance customer journeys through advanced CRM strategies and optimize campaigns with A/B testing.
  • Oversee and optimize digital channels like Paid Search, Paid Social, Affiliates, and Email.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to drive relevant traffic and leverage platforms for fundraising growth.
  • Set and exceed performance targets, reporting on outcomes and budget allocation.
  • Utilize data-driven insights to inform decisions and improve ROI.
  • Develop digital partnerships to enhance sector profile, audience reach, and innovation.
