As someone who is constantly driven to get the best results from marketing performance, you'll use strong logical thinking skills, pay a high attention to detail and analyse data to plan, test, monitor, evaluate and make in-flight recommendations. Working collaboratively with a range of colleagues, you'll be an excellent communicator (in person, verbally and with excellent writing skills - as this role includes producing regular evaluation reports).
