Job Description

  • Identify, evaluate and secure profitable land opportunities for rresidential construction.
  • Negotiate contracts and manage relationships with landowners, brokers, and developers.
  • Work closely with the construction department to ensure project feasibility.
  • Lead project presentations to the company's senior leadership.
  • Maintain a strong network within the industry to stay informed of potential land opportunities.
  • Work in line with company policies and construction regulations.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to optimise the construction process.
  • Provide regular project updates and reports.

The Successful Applicant

A successful Development Director (Land Manager) should have:

  • A degree in Land Management, Real Estate or a related field.
  • Solid understanding of land acquisition, zoning, and planning regulations.
  • Proficiency in project management and negotiation.
