Known for its innovative approach and commitment to quality, the organisation provides a stimulating environment for professionals in engineering and manufacturing.Job DescriptionDevelop and optimize designs for forged components.Design and refine the forging process, including die configurations, material flow, and grain structure optimization.Utilize CAD software (NX) for both component and tooling design and conduct Finite Element Analysis (FEA) simulations to predict forging performance.Ensure designs meet industry standards, safety regulations, and customer specifications.Work closely with Manufacturing & Production teams to troubleshoot issues, improve die life, and reduce defects.Identify opportunities to enhance design efficiency, minimize material waste, and improve forging precision.Create detailed engineering drawings, specifications, and work instructions.
