Job Description

The Data Protection Solicitor will be:



  • Providing expert legal advice on data protection, privacy, and information law.


  • Advising clients on commercial contracts with a data protection element.


  • Working on high-profile, complex data protection matters across various industries.


  • Supporting the firm's clients in navigating global regulatory environments.


  • Building strong client relationships and providing practical, business-focused advice.

The Successful Applicant

The Data Protection Solicitor should be:



  • A solicitor with 3+ years PQE in data protection, privacy, or commercial law.


  • Experienced in advising clients on data protection law and regulatory matters.


  • Able to work independently and manage complex, high-value cases.


  • Strong communication skills with the ability to engage with clients and colleagues at all levels.


  • Knowledge of international data protection regulations and practices is desirable.
