Job Description

Key Responsibilities:

  • Efficiently input and manage a high volume of data
  • Verify accuracy of data before and after entry
  • Assist in the creation of necessary reports
  • Maintain confidentiality of sensitive information
  • Make outbound calls to customers to give information about new products
  • Adhere to all company policies and regulations

The Successful Applicant

A successful data entry/ Sales specialist should have:

  • Excellent IT skills
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel
  • Strong organisational and multitasking abilities
  • Attention to detail and accuracy
  • Understanding of data confidentiality principles
  • Knowledge of the insurance industry
  • Fantastic communication skills, and professional phone manner
  • Experience in sales not required but an understanding of what is required to upsell a product
