We are seeking a skilled Data Analyst to join a high-impact programme team on a short-term contract basis. The successful candidate will be responsible for analysing complex workforce data, engaging with stakeholders across various departments, and providing clear, actionable insights to inform strategic workforce initiatives.
  • 4 week contract paying circa £375 per day
  • Not-for-profit organisation - London - Hybrid working (1-2days office based)

The client is currently driving a key programme focused on workforce strategy data to support informed decision-making and future planning.

Job Description

  • Analyse and interpret large and complex datasets related to workforce strategy.
  • Develop reports and dashboards using Excel and other analytical tools.
  • Utilize Dynamics and SPSS software for data management and statistical analysis.
  • Engage effectively with stakeholders to understand data needs and communicate findings clearly.
  • Quickly adapt to new data sources, tools, and programme requirements in an agile environment.
  • Support decision-making through robust data insights and recommendations.

The Successful Applicant

  • Proven experience in data analysis with strong proficiency in Excel.
  • Experience working with Dynamics CRM and SPSS software.
  • Ability to analyse complex datasets and produce clear, actionable reports.
  • Strong stakeholder engagement and communication skills.
  • Agile, with the ability to quickly learn new systems and processes.
  • Previous experience supporting workforce-related programmes is a plus.

What's on Offer

  • Circa £375 per day (umbrella rate)
  • Hybrid working model with 1-2 days per week in the office.
  • Immediate start preferred due to the time-sensitive nature of the contract.
  • Initial contract duration of 4 weeks, with potential for extension.
