Job Description

  • Proactively assist Sector/Site Managers with daily tasks, inquiries, quotations, and order management.
  • Ensure all necessary information is accurately recorded in the CRM system.
  • Prepare pricing, tenders, and quotations for manufactured products, procured goods/services, and propose alternative options and pricing to compete with market offerings.
  • Conduct regular follow-ups on quotations and update the CRM in coordination with the relevant Sector/Site Manager.
  • Develop proficiency in product costing and pricing using the established price list.
  • Provide support and act as a deputy for Sector/Site Managers during their absence.
  • Delivering high-quality customer service via phone, email and live chat.
  • Handling customer queries and complaints, ensuring resolution in a timely manner.
  • Working in a team to achieve shared goals and KPIs.
  • Managing multiple tasks simultaneously in a fast-paced environment.
  • Communicating effectively with customers and team members.
  • Utilising CRM systems to log customer interactions and details.
  • Contributing to team meetings to share best practice and ideas for improvement.
  • Maintaining knowledge of the retail industry and company products.
