Job Description

Key responsibilities of the Customer Service Representative include:

  • Maintain detailed and organised records of customer interactions within the internal system.
  • Collaborate with internal departments to address and resolve customer concerns.

The Successful Applicant

The successful Customer Service Representative will have:

  • Strong communication skills, both written and verbal, with a customer-focused mindset.
  • Problem-solving abilities and a proactive approach to managing customer concerns.
  • Competency in using customer relationship management (CRM) systems and Microsoft Office Suite.
