Job Description

  • Coordinate all customer service activities, ensuring a high level of customer satisfaction.
  • Manage customer queries and complaints, providing effective resolutions.
  • Liaise with the manufacturing department to ensure timely delivery of products.
  • Keep accurate records of customer interactions, transactions, and details of inquiries.
  • Continuously improve customer service procedures, policies, and standards for the department and the company.
  • Collaborate with sales team to develop efficient methods for handling issues with larger revenue customers.
  • Assist in the training of new customer service employees.
  • Participate in team meetings, providing insight and suggestions to improve company performance.

The Successful Applicant

A successful Customer Service Coordinator should have:

  • Relevant educational qualifications, preferably in Business Administration or a related field.
  • Proven experience in a customer service role within an industrial/manufacturing environment.
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and organisational skills.
