Job Description

  • Respond to customer inquiries via email, phone, or live chat promptly and professionally.
  • Resolve customer issues and complaints efficiently, ensuring satisfaction.
  • Update and maintain customer records with accurate information.
  • Coordinate with internal teams to address customer concerns.
  • Provide product information and recommendations to customers.
  • Identify recurring issues and suggest improvements to processes.
  • Assist in tracking orders and updating customers on delivery status.
  • Ensure all interactions align with the company's service standards.

The Successful Applicant

A successful Customer Service Agent should have:

  • Experience in customer service or a related field, ideally in the retail industry.
  • Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.
  • Ability to manage and resolve customer issues effectively.
