Job Description

As a Customer Service Advisor you will be first point of contact for clients assisting with a range of queries regarding the remortgage process.

You will handle a high volume of calls inbound and outbound ensuring each query is resolved to the highest standard and is dealt with as soon as possible.

The role will also be liaising with banks and other third parties alongside working closely with other members of the business to provide a seamless process.

The Successful Applicant

Ideally some customer service experience however the business can be open to background and welcome candidates from hospitality and retail.

Passionate about helping customers and providing the best experience

A confident telephone manner with excellent communication skills

Able to work under pressure in a fast paced environment

The ability to work towards targets and service level agreements

An excellent team player
