Job Description

As a Customer Service Advisor you will be forefront of the organisation for customer queries in relation to the services the business offers.

You will be mainly communicating with customers over the telephone and email prioritising each query and ensuring service level agreements are exceeded and an excellent representation of the business is provided.

The role will be working in a busy environment will be a range of queries you will be responsible for and will be working closely with other members of the business to provide a seamless experience.

The Successful Applicant

Previous customer service experience this could be from a range of industries and backgrounds

Excellent communication skills and a confident telephone manner

Able to work in a volume environment and towards targets and deadlines

An excellent problem solver

Passionate about helping and supporting customers

An excellent team player
