Job Description

As a Customer Service Advisor your responsibilities will include:

  • Deliver top-tier customer service via phone, email, and face-to-face interactions.
  • Manage and update customer records with accuracy and attention to detail.
  • Collaborate closely with the Customer Service team to solve client issues efficiently.
  • Process customer orders and handle any related queries.
  • Coordinate with other departments to ensure timely delivery of services.
  • Prepare reports and documentation as required.
  • Contribute to team meetings and strategy planning sessions.
  • Maintain a high level of knowledge about our products and services.

The Successful Applicant

A successful Customer Service Advisor should have:

  • A background in Customer Service or a related field.
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
  • Strong organisational and multitasking abilities.
