  • Handling customer inquiries and complaints via phone, email or face-to-face
  • Providing product information and advice to customers
  • Maintaining records of customer interactions and transactions
  • Resolving product or service problems by clarifying the customer's complaint
  • Liaising with other departments to resolve customer complaints
  • Contributing to team effort by accomplishing related results as needed
