We are seeking a dedicated Customer Account Manager to serve in this Public Sector & Not for Profit department. The successful candidate will excel at building customer relationships, work across full arrears lifecycle resolving account issues and ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction within the property industry.

Job Description

  • Establish and maintain strong relationships with customers, understanding their needs and ensuring their satisfaction.
  • Manage multi-disciplinary team
  • Be responsible for delivery of account management and debt recovery service across full arrears lifecycle
  • Resolve account-related issues promptly and accurately.
  • Work closely with other team members to meet and exceed set targets.
  • Provide professional customer service to clients in the property industry.
  • Monitor customer accounts, ensuring timely payments and addressing any discrepancies.
  • Contribute to team efforts by accomplishing related results as needed.
  • Ensure compliance with relevant laws, regulations and company policies.
  • Identify and implement opportunities for process and operational improvements.

The Successful Applicant

A successful Customer Account Manager should have:
