Design a diverse portfolio of flagship events, community meet ups and hackathonsOversee the entire lifecycle of events, from planning to execution and post-event evaluation. Ensure exceptional attendee experiences through innovative design and seamless organisationManage and optimize an annual events budget, ensuring cost-effective allocation and maximizing ROI. Negotiate and manage vendor contracts to achieve strategic objectivesLead and mentor a small team of experienced events professionals, fostering a culture of collaboration, innovation, and accountability. Provide growth opportunities to enhance team capabilitiesBuild and nurture relationships with key stakeholders across the blockchain ecosystem. Foster partnerships to co-host or sponsor relevant eventsDefine and track KPIs to measure event success and organizational impact.
