Job Description

  • Ensure Company's sales ledger is maintained and the credit accounts remain within the Company guidelines and procedures
  • Ensure cash-flow is prepared and distributed to required standard
  • Assist with Sales Ledger invoice raising
  • Assist with month-end control account reconciliation
  • Own and reconcile all Inter-company balances and input into the Group system
  • Sales variance analysis to forecast

The Successful Applicant

A successful Credit Control professional should have:

  • Experience in managing accounts within the industrial and manufacturing sector.
  • Strong communication and negotiation skills for client interactions.
  • Attention to detail and accuracy in handling financial records.
  • Proficiency in accounting software and MS Office, particularly Excel.
  • An understanding of credit control processes and financial regulations.
  • A proactive approach to problem-solving and managing deadlines.
  • Excellent relationship building skills
  • Ability to think 'outside the box'
  • Positive attitude
