Job Description

  • Manage the credit control process and ensure timely payments of invoices.
  • Monitor and control customer accounts, identifying any issues and resolving them promptly.
  • Prepare monthly reports on credit control activities.
  • Work closely with the Accounting & Finance team to achieve department goals.
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with customers.
  • Ensure all credit control activities adhere to company policies and regulations.
  • Contribute to the continuous improvement of the credit control process.
  • Assist with other financial duties as required.

The Successful Applicant

A successful Credit Controller should have:

  • Relevant educational qualifications in Accounting, Finance, or related field.
  • Prior experience in a similar role within the industrial / manufacturing sector.
  • Excellent numerical skills and attention to detail.
  • Strong communication and negotiation skills.
  • Proficiency with financial software and Microsoft Office Suite.
  • A proactive approach and the ability to work independently.
