Job Description

  • Manage accounts receivable and ensure timely collection of payments.
  • Resolve billing discrepancies and client queries.
  • Prepare monthly, quarterly and annual financial statements.
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date customer data.
  • Conduct credit checks on potential customers.
  • Implement effective recovery strategies for late or missed payments.
  • Coordinate with the accounting team to reconcile accounts.
  • Ensure compliance with company policies and industry regulations.

The Successful Applicant

A successful Credit Controller should have:

  • An educational background in finance, accounting, or a related field.
  • Strong understanding of credit control procedures and principles.
  • Proficiency in accounting software and MS Office.
  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
  • Strong attention to detail and a commitment to accuracy.
