Job Description

As a Credit Controller your responsibilities will include:

  • Managing arrears and associated caseload.
  • Ensuring timely collection of outstanding payments.
  • Maintaining accurate records of all transactions.
  • Liaising with customers regarding payment issues.
  • Facilitating payment plans for customers in financial difficulty.
  • Coordinating legal action where necessary.

The Successful Applicant

A successful 'Credit Controller' should have:

  • A strong background in finance, ideally within the property industry.
  • Excellent interpersonal and negotiation skills.
  • The ability to manage a high caseload effectively.
