About Our Client
My client is a well-established company based in Central London. Due to recent rapid growth, they are now looking to hire a Credit Controller Part Time to join their diverse Team.
This is a permanent role with hybrid working 2-3 days in the office / working from home.
20 hours per week (between Monday to Friday, 8am-5pm)
Their offices are based in London, close to Stockwell and Oval Tube Station.

Job Description
Credit Controller Part Time:Key Responsibilities:
- Monitor outstanding customer accounts and ensure the timely receipt of payments.
- Proactively manage overdue debts through phone, email, or letter correspondence, liaising internally and escalating issues when necessary.
- Assist other departments in resolving customer queries.
- Maintain comprehensive records of all customer communications within the internal database.
- Manage and organise customer service transfers.
- Undertake additional responsibilities as directed by the manager.
The Successful Applicant
Qualifications and Skills:
- A minimum of two years' experience in credit control.
- Excellent interpersonal skills and a professional telephone manner.
- Preferable: Knowledge of debt recovery and legal processes.
- Patience and comfort in dealing with individuals at all levels, both internally and externally.
- Meticulous attention to detail.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Word and Excel.
- Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team.
- Proactive, enthusiastic, organised, and capable of prioritising tasks efficiently.
- Ability to work autonomously and take initiative.
