Job Description

  • Manage the credit control function to ensure timely collection of outstanding invoices.
  • Develop and implement credit control policies and procedures.
  • Monitor customer accounts to identify and resolve overdue balances.
  • Prepare regular reports on cash flow, debtors, and credit risks for senior management.
  • Collaborate with the sales and operations teams to manage customer credit limits.
  • Negotiate payment plans and settlement terms with clients when necessary.
