Job Description

  • Provide strategic tax advice on deals, mergers, and acquisitions to a diverse client base.
  • Lead and manage tax due diligence processes for transactions.
  • Advise on tax structuring and compliance to optimise client outcomes.
  • Collaborate with legal, financial, and operational teams to deliver integrated solutions.
  • Stay updated on tax legislation and its impact on deals and M&A activities.
  • Develop and maintain client relationships, ensuring high levels of satisfaction.
  • Support and mentor junior staff within the tax department.
  • Contribute to business development by identifying opportunities for growth in the tax advisory practice.

The Successful Applicant

A successful Corporate Tax Senior Manager should have:

  • A rich background in Corporate Tax
  • ACA, ACCA, or CTA.
  • Proven experience in corporate tax advisory, focusing on deals and M&A.
  • Strong knowledge of UK tax legislation and its application to transactions.
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Experience in managing client relationships and leading projects.
