This exciting Corporate Solicitor role is for a growing regional law firm in their Leeds office. This will suit a NQ-2 years PQE level lawyer who is keen to join a growing Corporate practice who handle broad work.

Job Description

The Corporate Solicitor will get involved in a range of work including;

  • Getting involved in a range of deals including M & A for small and medium sized companies.
  • Acting for clients across a range of sectors including professional services and dental practices.
  • Draft and review legal documents, including contracts, agreements, and corporate policies.
  • Advise clients on corporate governance, mergers, acquisitions, and other transactions.
  • Conduct legal due diligence to support corporate transactions.
  • Assist with company formations and restructuring processes.



The Successful Applicant

The successful Corporate Solicitor should have:

  • A strong academic background in law, with a specialisation or focus on corporate law.
  • Likely to be a NQ or Solicitor up to 2 years PQE
  • An interest to work for a regional law firm
  • Proven experience in handling corporate legal matters, including transactions and governance.
  • Ties to Leeds
