Job Description

The Corporate Solicitor will be:



  • Advising clients on mergers and acquisitions, joint ventures, and corporate governance.


  • Drafting and negotiating a variety of corporate documents, including share purchase agreements and shareholder agreements.


  • Providing strategic advice to owner-managed businesses and family investment companies.


  • Collaborating with colleagues across the firm's offices to deliver integrated solutions.


  • Contributing to business development initiatives and client relationship management.

The Successful Applicant

The Corporate Solicitor should be:



  • A solicitor with 1+ years' post-qualification experience in corporate law.


  • Experienced in handling mergers and acquisitions, joint ventures, and corporate governance matters.


  • Skilled in drafting and negotiating corporate documents.


  • Able to manage client relationships and contribute to business development.


  • Proactive, with strong communication and teamwork skills.
