Job Description

The Corporate Solicitor will be:

  • Advising clients on high-value M&A, private equity, and capital investment transactions.
  • Managing corporate reorganisations and other complex corporate matters.
  • Collaborating with partners and senior fee earners on deal execution.
  • Contributing to business development initiatives and client relationship management.



The Successful Applicant

The Corporate Solicitor should be / have;

  • A solicitor with 2-4 years PQE in corporate law.
  • Experienced in advising on M&A, private equity, and capital investment transactions.
  • Skilled in corporate reorganisations and complex corporate matters.
  • Proficient in client relationship management and business development.
  • Strong academics and ties to Yorkshire
  • Likely to be working for a large regional, national or international law firm
  • Able to work collaboratively in a dynamic team environment.
