Job Description

The Corporate Solicitor will be:

  • Providing legal advice on a broad range of corporate matters, including M&A, equity investments, corporate reorganisations, joint ventures and equity incentive arrangements on a domestic and cross border basis.
  • Building and maintaining relationships with clients and internal teams.
  • Project managing and driving projects to conclusion.
  • Training and mentoring more junior team members.



The Successful Applicant

The Corporate Solicitor should be:

  • Qualified with 4+ years corporate experience from reputable firm.
  • Entrepreneurial, with strong technical, academic and personal skills.
  • Proficient in managing complex legal projects and leading teams.
  • Skilled in building client relationships and identifying business development opportunities.
  • Able to work collaboratively in a multi-disciplinary environment.
