Job Description

The Corporate Solicitor will be:

  • Leading and managing a range of M&A and corporate reorganisation deals.
  • Advising clients across multiple sectors on corporate deals
  • Collaborating with colleagues across the firm to deliver outstanding client service.
  • Supporting junior team members and assisting with their professional development.
  • Building and maintaining strong relationships with clients, acting as a trusted advisor.



The Successful Applicant

The Corporate Solicitor should be:

  • A solicitor with 5+ years PQE (or equivalent) in corporate law.
  • Experienced in handling M&A and corporate restructuring matters.
  • Proficient in client management and delivering complex legal solutions.
  • Strong communicator with a commercial mindset.
  • Comfortable working as part of a dynamic, collaborative team.
  • Ties to Leeds
