You will be primarily acting for multinational groups, including those headquartered in the US, UK and the rest of EuropeJob DescriptionAs a Corporate Solicitor your duties will include:· Working in conjunction with international tax and transfer pricing professionals (both in-house and in advisory firms)· Focus on the legal aspects of transfer pricing compliance (training will be provided on this). This involves:o Designing, drafting, implementing and maintaining intercompany agreements (contractual arrangements between legal entities in a multinational group)o Advising on the international aspects of cross-border corporate structures (including corporate simplification projects, debt simplification projects, other group reorganisations)· Training will be provided on intercompany agreements and the legal aspects of transfer pricing compliance (note: 'transfer pricing' is the international set of rules which influence the design and pricing of transactions between related parties, such as the members of a corporate group. Typical transactions include supply of services, distribution and manufacturing arrangements, the licensing of IP and profit splits)The Successful ApplicantA successful Corporate Solicitor should have a minimum of 3 PQE in corporate work.
