As a corporate lawyer you will be advising on a broad range of private and public M&A matters. This will be a hands on opportunity to get stuck in to corporate transactions from instruction to completion.

The Successful Applicant

The successful corporate solicitor will be and England & Wales qualified solicitor who has in dept and broad corporate experience. Having worked on large scale corporate transactions form start to finish will be a bonus.
