Job Description

The Corporate Senior Manager will be:

  • Leading M&A and company reorganisation projects for a range of clients.
  • Managing client relationships, offering strategic advice and solutions.
  • Working with cross-functional teams to deliver optimal results.
  • Ensuring projects are completed within time and budget.
  • Mentoring and developing junior team members.

The Successful Applicant

The Corporate Senior Manager should be:

  • A solicitor (or equivalent) with 5+ years PQE.
  • Experienced in mergers and acquisitions, and business reorganisations.
  • Knowledgeable in corporate law across various sectors.
  • Excellent communication and leadership skills.
  • Able to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment.
