They have a growing Company and Commercial team in Manchester.

Job Description

The Corporate Partner will be:

  • Leading the growth and development of the Corporate practice in Manchester.
  • Managing and expanding client relationships, focusing on M&A and venture capital transactions. Other areas will be considered eg. capital markets
  • Collaborating with a strong Commercial team and national Corporate colleagues.
  • On-boarding new clients and leveraging your existing business development network.
  • Contributing to the firm's wider business strategy and success.
  • Helping manage other fee earners



The Successful Applicant

The Corporate Partner should be:

  • A solicitor or equivalent with 8+ years PQE in Corporate law.
  • Likely to be an existing Partner or Legal Director
  • Proven experience in handling M&A and venture capital transactions.
  • Strong client relationship management and business development skills.
  • A network of contacts in the North West or beyond to drive growth.
  • An entrepreneurial approach to leading and developing a practice.
