Job Description

As a Corporate Knowledge Lawyer your key responsibilities will include:

  • Drafting, updating and developing the Group's Precedents.
  • Keeping abreast of and providing regular updates on key developments impacting the Group.
  • Provide legal input into client-facing initiatives.
  • Identify the Group's training needs, driving the planning and delivery of training.

The Successful Applicant

Extensive knowledge and experience of Private Corporate M&A, Corporate Governance and Private Equity.

Previous experience working for a leading international law firm.
