As a Corporate Knowledge Lawyer you will be responsible for:

  • Developing and maintaining the firm's corporate knowledge base.
  • Leading training initiatives for the firm's legal department.

  • Staying informed of current legal trends and developments.

The Successful Applicant

A successful Corporate Knowledge Lawyer should have:

  • Qualified as a Solicitor in England & Wales.
  • Knowledge of and experience in Public Corporate and ECM transactions.
  • Strong relationship management skills.
  • Ability to mentor and guide junior team members.
