Job Description

  • Provide expert financial advice on mergers, acquisitions, and strategic investments.
  • Prepare and analyse financial models to support decision-making processes.
  • Collaborate with clients to identify and evaluate growth opportunities.
  • Oversee due diligence processes and ensure accurate reporting.
  • Develop and maintain strong client relationships through regular engagement.
  • Assist in preparing high-quality presentations and pitch materials for stakeholders.
  • Ensure compliance with all relevant accounting and finance regulations.
  • Contribute to the continuous improvement of internal processes and methodologies.

The Successful Applicant

A successful Corporate Finance Manager should have:

  • A solid background in accounting and finance, ideally within professional services. Or looking to make a move from Audit Big 4 into a Corporate Finance role
  • Strong analytical skills and proficiency in financial modelling.
  • Experience in providing financial advisory services, including mergers and acquisitions.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills to engage effectively with clients.
  • A professional qualification in accounting or finance (e.g., ACA, ACCA,).
  • Attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
