Corporate Finance Lawyer

This is an 18 month fixed term contract to help support on a project which is capex funded.

You will report directly into the Chief Legal Officer and be responsible for the following:

 Ensuring banking structures remain in line with local regulations / requirements.
 KYC and bank interactions (new entities, accounts, signatories).
 Legal and tax framework for cash pooling structures at Group level.
 Review of local regulations / legal requirements for cash pool participants.
 Review and negotiate cash pooling documentation with cash pooling banks.
 Review of changing intercompany loan / deposit arrangements.
 Complex, material, global, external financing arrangements.
 Other projects, including restructuring exercises, royalties and IP licensing, dividend distributions, and other cash repatriation / extraction arrangements and tax optimisation arrangements
