My clients is a forward-thinking accounting practice with a growing Corporate Finance team based in Blackburn. The team work with ambitious businesses across the North West and beyond, delivering high-quality transaction support, due diligence, and strategic advisory services.

Job Description

  • Supporting the delivery to clients including business sales, acquisitions, and MBOs
  • Conducting financial due diligence and preparing detailed reports
  • Building financial models and valuation analyses
  • Researching market and industry trends for client projects
  • Assisting in the preparation of information memoranda and business plans
  • Developing strong relationships with clients and intermediaries



The Successful Applicant

  • Part-qualified or recently qualified ACA/ACCA
  • Strong academic background with excellent analytical skills
  • Some experience in audit, accounting, or corporate finance
  • Commercially aware with good business acumen
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work effectively in a team while managing individual responsibilities
  • Keen attention to detail with a commitment to high-quality work
