Ensure that documents are correctly executed and filed.Due Diligence: Undertake searches, investigations, and reviews of the property title, land registry documents, and other legal aspects to ensure that the transaction proceeds smoothly.Compliance and Regulatory Requirements: Ensure that all legal processes comply with current laws, regulations, and best practices in conveyancing.Property Law Support: Provide support in property law matters, such as property disputes, boundary issues, and drafting correspondence in connection with these.Communication: Maintain effective communication with clients and colleagues.
