Job Description

  • Assist in preparing and managing legal documents related to property transactions.
  • Liaise with clients, solicitors, and other stakeholders to gather necessary information and updates.
  • Maintain accurate records and files for all conveyancing matters.
  • Utilise IT systems to track progress on cases and manage deadlines effectively.
  • Communicate clearly with clients regarding their queries and provide updates on their transactions.
  • Organise meetings, appointments, and schedules for the conveyancing team.
  • Ensure compliance with legal requirements throughout the conveyancing process.
  • Support the team in various administrative tasks as required.

The Successful Applicant

  • Proficient in Microsoft Office, particularly Word, Excel, and Outlook.
  • Strong command of English with excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Demonstrated ability to manage time effectively and prioritise tasks in a fast-paced environment.
  • Previous experience in an office setting is essential.
  • Strong organisational skills with attention to detail to ensure accuracy in documentation.
  • IT literacy with the ability to adapt to new software systems quickly.
