You will:have responsibility for your own matters of smaller cases to work on, with supervision where required (it's a very open and collaborative working relationship in the team).support the business and the rest of the Team on larger value matters, including the management of external counsel.The Successful ApplicantThe successful candidate will be a lawyer, qualified in England & Wales. The level of the work on offer, team structure and remuneration that comes with this role means that they will be likely to have between 4 and 10 years PQE. They will have in-depth experience of Construction Law and Litigation gained either in private practice or withing the Legal Team of an established brand within the Construction sector. Where a candidate has both contentious and non-contentious expertise, they will be required to have at least 50% weighted towards contentious.
