Job Description

As a Contact Centre Claims Advisor you will be supporting members that are looking to make a claim on their healthcare services you will deal with the process from start to finish ensuring a high level of support and care building excellent relationships and ensuring service level agreements are exceeded.

You will handle a wide range of queries from members such as booking appointments and providing general advice on their healthcare solutions.

The Successful Applicant

Previous Customer Service Experience would be advantageous however the business can be open to background and will consider candidates from care/retail and hospitality

Driven and dedicated to providing a high level of customer service

A confident telephone manner and excellent communication skills

Able to work under pressure in a busy environment

A good problem solver

An excellent team player
