Job Description



  • Advising clients on transactional construction matters with a focus on renewable energy projects.


  • Drafting and negotiating construction contracts and related documentation.


  • Collaborating with cross-functional teams to deliver comprehensive legal solutions.


  • Providing strategic advice to clients on project development and risk management.



The Successful Applicant



  • A solicitor or equivalent with 5+ years PQE in construction law.


  • Experienced in handling transactional construction work, particularly in the renewable energy sector.


  • Proficient in drafting and negotiating complex construction contracts.


  • Able to demonstrate strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
