Job Description

The Construction Partner will be:

  • Developing and expanding the firm's construction offering in Leeds
  • Advising contractors, developers, and sub-contractors on contentious and non-contentious matters
  • Managing and growing key client relationships across the UK
  • Leading a small, growing team of construction Solicitors.
  • Playing a central role in the strategic development of the firm's construction department

The Successful Applicant

The Construction Partner should be:

  • A solicitor or equivalent with significant experience in construction law (contentious or non-contentious)
  • Ideally already be working as a Partner or a senior lawyer looking for Partnership
  • Able to demonstrate expertise in advising contractors, developers, and sub-contractors
  • Experienced in business development and building strong client relationships
  • Self-motivated with a proven track record in leading teams and driving growth
  • A strong communicator with excellent interpersonal skills
